Over the years I've curated a vast amount of knowledge about teas, coffee and herbs. Using this information, I've been able to take control of my health and enjoy a holistic lifestyle in the past few years.
Herbal remedies have played an essential role in treating and controlling this chronic ailment of PCOS and my allergies along with a myriad of lifestyle diseases I may inherit from my family to allow me to live a semblance of a normal life.
Descending from a long line of East Indian immigrants who brought with them their ayurvedic treatments, I have great interest in this as our current healthcare system cannot sustain the unwell populations as we have focused too long on illness management rather than health care resulting in people going back to their “bush medicine” roots.
Rooted Apothecary aims to to emphasise the importance of holistic well-being by encouraging healthy living.
Our products are purely plant based and include: nut mylks, loose leaf teas & gourmet coffee beans.
